By categorising risks from high to low, the ARR ensures that all parties are aware of potential issues that could impact the building’s airtightness. Moreover, the ARR remains flexible, allowing for the identification and inclusion of any new, unforeseen risks that may arise as the project progresses. Studies the Airtightness Line

When starting a new project, the airtightness champion carefully examines the details of the airtightness line and creates a comprehensive 3D mental model. When the airtightness expert visits the site, they create an initial site report detailing current observations and risks. After 3 to 5 visits, they compile a comprehensive report that includes all identified risks, completed risk mitigations, and any new risks discovered. This full report also provides an updated status on the project’s airtightness, including a forecast of its final airtightness performance. The detailed documentation helps ensure that all potential issues are addressed, allowing the project to meet airtightness standards and achieve optimal energy efficiency.
